-- Realisation of 25th, the day of our national shame.

It is a height of shame to come to know that Gurudeb Rabindranath's properties were stolen from the Museum itself at Shantiniketan ... What a shame! It is a disgrace for us, Bengalees. It is unfortunate that Rabindranath was born a Bengali, we are just not worthy of possessing a genius of his level.

May be one day the thieves will be caght but what about the theft? The very attempt of stealing his properties and our failure to protect that .. what an image we now offer to the rest of the world?

WE, ourselves, will worship him very soon on the event of 25 Baishakh, (May 8) on the poet's birthday .. but we should ask the question to ourselves .. are we suited for it .. do we have any right to do so ?
